Tents:

Robinswood House Tents (sizes listed below) are available for rental from June 1st – September 30th only. All tents listed below must be ordered no later then noon on the Wednesday the week of your event to ensure pricing and availability.

Unfortunately, we are unable to tent the garden space at this time.

Please inquire about tent rentals outside this time period – we will be happy to coordinate your tent rental with a local rental company. Tents from outside agencies may have limited availability and have different rental prices and/or policies.

All-Inclusive setup:

Seattle Bride is proud to announce our all-inclusive setup packages. All weekend rentals include complimentary setup, transitions, and take down for your event. Setup includes: Setup of white event chairs for your ceremony, setup of dining and any additional tables, and transition of chairs from ceremony to reception  (or double set of chairs at Seattle Bride discretion).

Peak season rentals (April 16-October 15) include all-inclusive setup for up to 150 guests; off season rentals (October 16 – April 15) include all-inclusive setup for up to 60 guests. For larger events, additional setup – up to a maximum of 200 guests in season – will be billed at an additional $6 per guest.

Linens are NOT included with the complimentary setup – floor length linens in your choice of over 50 styles and colors start at $15.50.

Setup will be completed before your rental period (weather permitting) and all equipment will be taken down and put away at the conclusion of your event allowing you to maximize your rental time. 

Weekday rentals do not include complimentary setup. All-inclusive setup (as above) is available starting at $7 per guest. Please call our office for a price quote if interested.

Heaters:

Patio heaters (cannot be used under overhead obstruction) – $95 each‡(4 available)
Tent heaters (must be used in conjunction with tent walls) – $125 each ‡ (2 available)

Rentals are welcome from outside sources and agencies. They must, however, be delivered and picked up within your rental time period unless prior arrangements have been made with Seattle Bride. Seattle Bride does NOT set up equipment not rented by or through Seattle Bride. No overnight storage is allowed or available. Call our office for additional information.
