Tents:
Robinswood House Tents are available for rental from June 1st – October 1st only. Please inquire abut tent rentals outside this time period – we will be happy to coordinate your tent rental with a local rental company.
All tents must be ordered no later then noon on the Tuesday the week of your event. For all other tent rentals please call our office and we will contact outside rental companies for you.

White Event Chairs:
For your convenience, we have white wooden chairs with padded seats available for a $2.50 per chair rental fee. Seattle Bride is happy to assist with setup prior to your event, and take down upon conclusion, for $0.95 per chair. We are also able to assist with any transitional set-up, for example from ceremony to reception, for an additional $175.
All-Inclusive set up:
Rental and set up of white event chairs for your ceremony, set up of round dining tables with floor length polypoplin linens (10 guests per round – additional table set up and linens such as for bistro tables, gift tables, or food tables at regular pricing), transition of chairs from ceremony to reception (or double set of chairs at Seattle Bride discretion), and take down and put away of equipment after the event. $6.00 per guest.
Deluxe All-Inclusive set up:
Rental and set up of white event chairs for your ceremony, set up of round dining tables with upgraded floor length Lamour linens (10 guests per round – additional table set up and linens such as for bistro tables, gift tables, or food tables at regular pricing), includes table numbers with water goblets and wine glasses pre-set on the tables including table service of wine during your meal (with bar purchase), transition of chairs from ceremony to reception (or double set of chairs at Seattle Bride discretion), and take down and put away of equipment after the event. $9.00 per guest.

*Rentals are welcome from outside sources and agencies. They must, however, be delivered and picked up within rental time unless other arrangements have been made with Seattle Bride.
