Reservations,
Security Deposits & Refunds:
1. Seattle Bride will
accept reservations up to 13 months in advance on a first-come,
first-served basis for Bellevue residents, when proof of residency
is established at the time of reservation. We will accept
reservations from all parties up to 12 months in advance.
2. A security deposit
of $350 is required in addition to the rental fees. Upon
satisfactory post-event inspection, this fee will be returned within
30 days of event date.
3. A deposit of $750
in season and $500 off-season is required to book a reservation. All
fees must be paid at least 90 days before the function.
4. Refund Policy:
There will be no refund of the initial deposit if event is
cancelled. 50% of additional fees paid will be refunded if cancelled
at least 90 days prior to the event. |
